Best fit for you
These are the things that actually decide it. Find the line that sounds like you.
- Right at the start Books, email and a way to take money. That is genuinely it.
- Once you have customers Somewhere to keep track of them, and something that chases unpaid invoices.
- Once you have staff Payroll, and somewhere shared to keep files.
What catches people out
- Annual plans are cheaper and much harder to leave. Take the monthly one until you are sure.
- Per-user pricing changes the maths fast when you hire.
- List every subscription in one place now. It is much harder to reconstruct in a year.
